Best of all, those fresh blackberries floating in the pitcher? They’re soaking up aaaaall the boozy goodness.
This drink was inspired by the best bridal shower game ever, which I’m going to call the Tequilalympics. The rules of Tequilalympics are straightforward: you pair up with a partner to make your favorite tequila drink, grab a super-cute mini margarita glass for tasting, and vote for your favorite. Everyone gets a little tipsy, everything in the kitchen ends up a little sticky, everyone has fun!
This is a spin on the winning drink from my BFF/sister/life partner Rebecca’s bridal party, which feels fitting because her wedding is NEXT. WEEK. As if we needed any other excuses to party this weekend!
I’m all about drink recipes that are basically just “dump everything in a pitcher and stir”. Frozen limeade rocks here, both for sweetness and for instantly chilling the entire pitcher. Wait until the last minute before serving to add the champagne so it doesn’t go flat!
