No-Bakes
Servings: 4 dozen
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 cups quick oats
Instructions
- Combine milk, sugar, cocoa, and butter ina saucepan.
- Bring to a simmer for one minute, then remove from heat.
- Stir in peanut butter & vanilla until thoroughly combined, then stir in quick oats.
- Drop by tablespoons on waxed paper &chill until hardened, at least 30 minutes.
