Instructions
Combine milk, sugar, cocoa, and butter ina saucepan.
Bring to a simmer for one minute, then remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter & vanilla until thoroughly combined, then stir in quick oats.
Drop by tablespoons on waxed paper &chill until hardened, at least 30 minutes.
