Chocolate Stuffed Raspberries

Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

Okay, let’s start by acknowledging that this is definitely not a recipe. This is a silly-simple, scary-addictive snack that can stand on its own or blend perfectly on a cheese platter.

Sometimes it’s nice to have a small bowl of delicious poppable bites, whether it’s a last-minute addition to a holiday spread or just a lazy Saturday. There’s nothing better than the classic flavors of raspberry and chocolate!

I’m kicking myself now for being lazy and only using the semisweet chips I had in the pantry – dark chocolate or white chocolate would be heavenly, or a mix of all three!

Hang on, I gotta run back to the store for another bag or three.
