Ingredients

  • 2 slices multigrain bread
  • 2 T. olive oil mayonnaise
  • 2 oz. cucumber thinly sliced
  • 2 slices thin provolone
  • 1/2 roma tomato thinly sliced
  • 1/8 avocado smashed
  • 2 slices red onion
  • 1/2 cup lettuce chopped
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Spread each slice of bread with a tablespoon of mayo.
  • Layer veggies in order and top with salt & pepper to taste.
