Ingredients

For One Drink

  • 1.5 oz. bourbon
  • 1.5 oz. amaretto
  • 1/2 t. vanilla
  • 1 egg white
  • chocolate syrup for drizzling

For a Pitcher

  • 1.5 cups bourbon
  • 1.5 cup amaretto
  • 1 1/2 T. vanilla
  • 8 egg whites
  • chocolate syrup for drizzling

Instructions

For One Drink

  • Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and "dry shake" for at least 2 minutes without ice, until frothy.
  • Add 2 ice cubes and shake until ice completely dissolves.
  • Drizzle chocolate syrup inside glasses and divide cocktail evenly.

For a Pitcher

  • Combine all ingredients in a quart mason jar or other sealable jar and "dry shake" for at least 5 minutes without ice, until frothy.
  • Add a large handful of ice cubes and shake until ice completely dissolves.
  • Drizzle chocolate syrup inside glasses and divide cocktail evenly.
