Roast hashbrowns according to package directions.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Brown the breakfast sausage.
Scramble the eggs and fold in 1 cup shredded cheese.
Layer hashbrowns, sausage, cheesy eggs, green chile sauce, remaining 1 cup shredded cheese, and green chiles in large dutch oven or deep dish.
Bake uncovered at 350°F for 20 minutes.
While casserole is baking, blend sour cream with chipotles in adobo and lime juice.
Spread chipotle sour cream over casserole and sprinkle with jalapeno & cilantro.
