Ingredients
4oz.espresso
2T.honey
1inchturmericpeeled
1inchgingerpeeled
pinch ofcinnamon
pinch ofsalt
12oz.whole milkhot
Instructions
Combine hot espresso, honey, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and salt in a high-powdered blender. (Alternatively, combine in a wide-mouthed mason jar and use an immersion blender.)
Blend on high until turmeric & ginger are pulverized and surface is foamy.
Divide warm milk between two mugs. Slowly pour espresso mixture into each equally and stir gently, being careful not to destroy the foam.
Top with another pinch of cinnamon and enjoy hot!
Notes
Use the dull edge of a spoon to peel turmeric and ginger roots.
