- 1/2 sweet onion finely diced
- 1 rib celery finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 2 T. capers minced
- 2 T. fresh dill minced
- 1 t. black pepper
- 8 oz. smoked salmon shredded
Cream together all ingredients except smoked salmon.
Gently fold smoked salmon into the dip.
Serve at room temp or chilled with fresh bread, pita chips, pretzels, or celery sticks for dipping.
