- 8 oz. fat-free cream cheese softened
- ½ cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
- ¾ cup parmesan grated
- ½ cup mozzarella shredded
- 14 oz. artichoke hearts diced
- 10 oz. frozen spinach thawed
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 t. salt
Preheat oven to 375°.
Mix all ingredients together and scoop into an 8”x8” baking dish.
Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes, until edges are bubbling. Serve hot.
