Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup nonfat milk
  • 1/4 cup granola

Instructions

  • Stir together yogurt, milk, and frozen blueberries.
  • Let sit 2-3 minutes, until blueberries thaw and yogurt/milk is thick & creamy like soft-serve ice cream.
  • Sprinkle with granola and dig in!
