Healthy "Ice Cream" Breakfast Bowl
Less than 5 minutes to your own bowl of breakfast ice cream, and feeling great about ice cream for breakfast is the dream, right?
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup nonfat milk
- 1/4 cup granola
Stir together yogurt, milk, and frozen blueberries.
Let sit 2-3 minutes, until blueberries thaw and yogurt/milk is thick & creamy like soft-serve ice cream.
Sprinkle with granola and dig in!
