Sparkling Blackberry Margaritas
Winner of the inaugural Tequilalympics! Bubbles keep it light & sippable, blackberries keep it fresh, and then that silver tequila sneaks right up on you.
- 8 oz. silver tequila
- 4 oz. creme de cassis
- 12 oz. frozen limeade concentrate
- 12 oz. water
- 750 ml champagne
- blackberries for garnish
Stir together tequila, creme de cassis, limeade, and water in a large pitcher, until limeade has dissolved.
Gently stir in champagne and a handful of blackberries.
Garnish margarita glasses with blackberries, fill them up, and enjoy!
