Baked Chili Cheese Dip
Cream cheese + beefy chili sauce + cheddar cheese baked into a bubbling, gooey, beautiful mess!
- 8 oz fat-free cream cheese
- 1 cup fat-free sour cream
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 T. chili powder
- 2 t. garlic powder
- 2 t. onion powder
- 1 t. brown sugar
- 1 t. salt
- 2/3 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Place the cream cheese in a mixing bowl and microwave in thirty-second intervals until soft.
Stir in sour cream, then spread evenly in the bottom of a pie plate or baking dish.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Drain grease, then add tomato sauce, spices, sugar, and salt.
Layer on top of cream cheese in dish and sprinkle cheddar cheese across the top.
Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes, until edges are bubbling and the cheese is just beginning to brown. Serve hot!
