- 1 tomato
- ½ cucumber roughly chopped
- ½ zucchini roughly chopped
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup red cabbage
- 1 carrot roughly chopped
- 1 poblano or bell pepper
Start by pulsing the tomato in a food processor or blender to create a liquid base.
Slowly add the remaining ingredients in order, pulsing until completely smooth.
