Addicting Tzatziki Sauce
Cool and creamy is the comfort food of summer, and tangy tzatziki sauce with cucumber, dill, & garlic is your new go-to dip for everything.
- 16 oz. plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 large cucumber finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic finely minced
- 1 T. fresh dill chopped
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 T. lemon juice
- salt to taste
Sauce is best after resting to let the dill flavor develop and the garlic mellow.
Squeeze water out of the cucumber before adding for a thicker sauce.
