Ingredients
  • 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast diced
  • 2 T. cornstarch
  • 1 large onion halved & sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 T. low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 T. sesame oil
  • 1 t. red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 T. sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup green onions sliced
Instructions
  1. Stir chicken and cornstarch together in a slow cooker until chicken is completely coated. Add onion and garlic.

  2. Whisk honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes together in a small bowl. Pour over the chicken and onions.

  3. Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.

  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds & green onions. Serve hot with jasmine rice, brown rice, or cauliflower rice.
